Thank you for your support! I'm just feeling overwhelmed ATM... It's hard for me to imagine those people who have lost hundreds of pounds when I've been struggling with 'those extra ten pounds' since I was a teenager... And over the last ten years, 'those extra ten pounds' have doubled, tripled and now quadrupled, LOL! But it's okay. I'm setting myself specific long- and short-term goals. I started a blog that I'm going to try to dedicate myself to, and I registered here and on MyFitness something-or-other on my iPad, so hopefully I can stay focused. I'm tracking exercise, calories and water... Is there anything else helpful I can do? I don't want to burn out and give up (which I am very prone to doing!), but anything that would make this task seem less daunting would be appreciated!
I know there's gonna be an awful lot of running to do... Geronimo!
