Make sure you use the trackers. I thought I was exercising more and eating less than I actually was!! lol. It is good to see it written down. Just stick with it. Some lose it quicker than others and from what I am reading on here some can be slow starters. Stick with it and believe in the process and it will happen for you. Best of luck!

In 2007 I made a goal to lose 50 lbs in 50 weeks for my 50th birthday. I lost 60 and felt great. Continued to lose in 2008 for a total of 80 lbs. I maintained my weight while getting fit, working out at the gym 4-5 times a week. In 2009 I was downsized after a 20 year career. I was down, stressed, angry and depressed for over 18 months. I slowly have been gaining weight. Now with 20 lbs up I need to shake up my metabolism and get this weight off. Have been back to the gym and watching my food intake again. But have not noticed any weight loss. So am reaching out for some new ideas on how I can get this weight off and feel good again.
