Make sure you use the trackers. I thought I was exercising more and eating less than I actually was!! lol. It is good to see it written down. Just stick with it. Some lose it quicker than others and from what I am reading on here some can be slow starters. Stick with it and believe in the process and it will happen for you. Best of luck!
