Hey everyone! I have always wanted to lose about 20lbs and change my unhealthy life style by eating healthier, becoming more active and excersing 5xs a day. I've tried diets and different workouts but it never worked out because I always gave up, but not this time, even if i fall off the wagon im gnna keep getting back on. So if theres anybody out there in the same boat and might want to lend some encouragement, i sure would appreciate it!:-)
