This week I want to walk/jog and/or work outand dink more water everyday.
8/31- off...had a bad day all together.
9/1- walked at work and did some strength moves
9/2- walked/jogged at lunch break at work
9/3- nothing
9/4- 10 min walk on the treadmill at work before clocking in (rained all day didn't get to go out)
9/5- mowed 30 min.......got to dark to finish. Gotta get rest tomorrow

Last week I workes out or walked 5 of 7 days.

This week I want to walk/jog and/or work outand dink more water everyday.
8/31- off...had a bad day all together.
9/1- walked at work and did some strength moves

My goal is to get atleast 15 min a day. I am no longer worrying about how many cals I burn. I'm focusing on moving more everything counts!!!

8/17 - walked a mile in 20 min at lunch
8/18 - nothing
8/19 - cleaning house
8/20 - nothing
8/21 - walked at lunch (20 min)
8/22 - #fit15 day 1 and went hiking with the family at Dundee Falls.

I'm so with you D. This is so hard. We can so do it though.

This week I will log in and post what I did or didn't do.
So far yesterday was the only day I got in any exercise. I hurt my knee somehow last week. I woke up and my knee hurt so bad I almost hit the floor. Couldn't walk up or down the stairs. I couldn't sit indian style or cross my left leg over the right without my knee hurting. I went and bought new shoes and it feels a lot better. I can atleast walk up and down the stairs. It doesn't really hurt to walk so that is all I can really do this week. I don't want to hurt it more. Last night Phil fell outta bed (LMBO) and I jumped thinking Gavin was in my bed and just fell out and now my neck hurts. I think that will go away tomorrow....I hope.
