How many days can I go without popcorn, walnuts and chips! These are definitely my comfort snacks. I don't know how to just have a little bit, so I need to cut them out for a while. I want to see progress and they don't help me AT ALL.

Day #6- C25k training completed! I am definitely noticing that I am getting stronger. It's amazing how the process works. It's starting to really get tough. Monday I will be starting week #3, which is walk 3min/run 2min for 5 times. This totals 30 min.

Since we are about to start a new month I am going to start a new challenge.

Today was Day#1 with my coach to a 5k program. I have to complete this 3 days a week. The other days, I promise to get in a 60 minute workout, with 1 rest day.

Stay away from McD's. If you just cannot help yourself. Order a small fry and leave. I sometimes go and order the fruit and yogurt parfait and a small fry for lunch to take care of my craving (which luckily does not hit too often)or if the kids absolutely insist. Many times when the kids ask for fast food I tell them no or I go to either Backyard Burger or Burger King because both have salad options that are reasonable.

Day #24 was great! I got in 4 out of 5 meals because I slept through my last meal. I am now a little hungry and wondering if I should get something in. Or just wait until tomorrow morning at this point. This challenge has gotten easier and easier, which is why this is a great challenge.

Days # 18 through 23, I definitely have been getting in healthy meals and proud with my success. I have had steady losses by sticking with this plan to the best of my ability. The key is preparing my meals ahead of time.

#16 I got in 5 meals, but today I need to watch my portion a lot better. I make sure to get in carbs, protein and fruit/veggie during each meal. Yesterday, I missed my fruits/veggies. We all know that's the most important.

I have been trying not to eat to bad but I know I did while I was MIA. I'm not sure my weight is accurate I'm using that weight because that is what my scale said however the other day it said I was 148 (day after weigh in)......so I'm not really sure. I am thinking of getting a fancy scale next pay. One that shows BMI, water, and weight. You are right even if my real weight is 148 I'm still in the 140's!! Way to look at it thanks D!!
