Hi. I'm new too. I'm doing the Master Cleanser Lemonade Cleanse for the first 10 days. Like you, I feel an initial *spark* will help - and I'm hoping my taste for sweets and high fat junk foods will be more controllable if I do without anything for 10 days.

Hello, I'm new here to the Spark universe. I just moved back from living in Korea and Japan for the past 3 plus years. I've gained 15 lbs since coming back to The States on Oct. 1st 07'. So, I'm here to get fired up and loss that weight again.
For those of you familiar, I'm going to do The South Beach thing for a few weeks, for the initial spark and then on to the food plans here. I'm an emo eater who is finally, after some encouragement, starting a food log. It's good, I didn't eat a few things cause I didn't want to have to report it to the log.
