Well, mine is to lose the weight i've been hanging on to for some time now, too. I've never been really thin, but i really haven't suffered overweight in the past either, until about 7 months ago when I think i started gaining weight really fast, I still don't know why. I've always had parts of my body I don't like, my tummy for instance, it kinda "spills" over on my sides, and it's disgusting, but now that I've gained weight you see it even more, and it makes me feel uncomfortable and lowers my self-esteem. I've never liked doing diets or exercise, but now my BMI isn't what it's supposed to be, and it bothers me, so I've finally realized that weight has to go, not only to feel better about myself but mostly for good health. I want to lose at least 10 pounds so I can have a right BMI and so that I can feel better with myself, and I want to change my eating habits but mostly learn to love (or at least like a little bit)exercising. Hey, maybe one day I'll even think it's fun! lol.
