Welcome everyone! I am also new to the group and feel I really need to get back on track after a few days of binging over the holidays. My christmas day weight was less than 15 pounds from my ultimate goal weight but without checking the scale I'm sure I've gained several pounds over the holidays. When I weigh myself on Tuesday (yes, I MUST get on the scale again soon) I am thinking that I'll have at least 20 pounds to go.
Chris and Susan, I'm a third newcomer to this group. Let's all work together to make 2008 the year of success. Happy New Year, and good luck to all!

I am also new and very anxious to get going on my weight loss goals for this year. I want to lose 40 pounds before my sister's wedding in October. I have never had a weight problem my entire life, but now that I've hit my early 40's, I seem to be accumulating weight! I actually weigh more now than when I was pregnant with my 4 kids!! Not good!

Hello everyone. I'm starting on my new goals tomorrow and look forward to meeting everyone in this Group! I have re-gained 15 lbs over the last 2.5 months and REALLY want to get back on track!
