Hey all, New to this group. I have a couple of others I am in but want some extra motivation for the last 25lbs that appear to be pretty stubborn. However, 2008 is a new year and am looking to take a look at short term smaller chunks of flab as goals.
I'm new today, used Sparkpeople more than a year ago with success, but here I am at my heaviest and biggest (my measurements). As I'm not getting any younger, it's time for me to take control once and for all. I'm looking forward to the support of this group.
