It is always hard to get the weight off and keep it off. I know. I'm a "lifetime" WW and have 20+ pounds to lose again, and again....... The way I am trying to get rid of weight is to remember that I have to expend more calories than I take in. The Spark fitness section helps me keep track of my exercise. I also have eliminated many things from my home. I had a heart attack 2 years ago at age 56 so we now eat a low sodium, low fat diet.
I also find that if I do not snack between meals, that's when the weight really comes off. It's difficult but if we want to be healthy, we have to make a determined commitment to it! Good luck!
