Welcome to Sparks. My first order of advice is to start small. Don't try to stop eating cold turkey to try to lose it all at once. It doesn't work, I've been there. Start keeping track of what you eat and when. Sparks has a nutrition tracker that can help. Then begin cutting back one day a week and so forth. You can get exercise any number of ways: parking farther from work, walking around while you're talking on the phone, playing with the grandchildren. It all adds up and it's better than nothing to help jump-start your metabolism.

Hi I am 37 (38 in march) never really had a problem with weight so I ate whatever I wanted now I am putting on the weight and am having a hard time eating right and keeping the portions small. I don't have alot of time as I am a mom of 3 and a grandmom of 2 Have 3 step children and own my own business. so obiously with the kids and work I am very busy and I eat on the go alot, I love subway.
