This is a great team, WELCOME! You will learn a ton while you are here, I know I have!
I take Estroven Maximum strength- It has Soy isoflavones and Black Cohosh, that My doc. recommended and it does help with hot flashes and night sweats. Prior to taking this, I pretty much hung out in front of a fan! I have increased problems with concentration and fatigue as well. There are some great topics you can check out for symptoms, etc.

I'd suggest loading all the vitamins and minerals that Spark offers into you tracker to make sure you're getting 100% of everything.

Eating at least 5 oz of leaft greens a day... be careful though of uncooked spinach as that's a goitrogen which means it can turn down your thyroid.

You might want to ask your doctor to test your thyroid... sometimes it goes off during this period of rebalancing your hormones.

I like forskolii and organic cracked wall Chlorella for fog. I buy it in powdered form, mix it with water and take it a couple of times a day before meals. Its also been beneficial for my digestion, I'm not bloated anymore.

I also use over the counter natural progesterone oil called Progestelle and Radiance estriol oil, but I've been menopausal for a couple of years now, so this may not be appropriate for you since you still have adequate hormone to produce a cycle every so often.

Everyone is different... you will no doubt have to find your own magic.
Make sure you google everything you are told and learn as much as you can before starting any supplement or dietary changes. That's my advice!

Hi everyone. I just joined today - I have been perimenopausal for a few months I think - hot flashes, night sweats. Periods are either full force regular or non existent. I knew all of this would happen. What I wasn't prepared for was the brain fog - I feel like a total incompetent - can't think straight - I hate it! Anyone have any ideas? I exercise a lot - walk every day, work out, ride horses, garden etc and am in good shape. I eat healthily and have been trying some supplements containing black cohosh and similar things. Ideas gladly welcomed!
