emoticon KY!!

Glad you have you on board.

At some point, we'd love to know about your experiences w/ bioidentical hormone replacement. Start from the begining, tho. What made you want to take them, how did you go about getting them tests, etc....

Hi there. 42 years old. Soon to be 43. Have a 6 year old daughter and am married. I'm taking bioidentical hormones and although they've helped my mood and my perimenopausal symptoms, I'm really having trouble with my weight and sticking with goals. Hoping that this group and sparkpeople's website, trackers, etc will help.
