I am limited mobility - and I enjoy my sessions at Curtves 2 or 3 times a week, depending on the petrol situation in my car!!
However we are told to walk on 2 or 3 days a week as well - the more walking the nbetter .
I don't do walking - with severe osteoarthitis in my knees - walking is out - and I have to think that there are many other members who have trouble walking, though they are committed to exercise.
So in this thread we will discuss other methods of exercise that are as effecfive as walking but stress and impact free to knees and hips.
Maybe you are tied to a desk all day and haven't time to go for a walk, maybe you are recovering from accident or injury, or looking after small children and need other ideas - maybe its just too cold, slippery, wet to get out and walk.- you are welcome to try these ideas.

Yes there are ways tio get aerobic exercise thats impact free on the legs - even Salsa (or Zumba) without all the twisting but that gives a great workout.
Chair Exercise!! And I don't mean ARM CHAIR!!
If you click on the main team picture you will find that its connected to - the Chair Exercise YouTube Channel - there are heaps of videos there that you can use, follow through and exercise with.
Enjoy!!
