While I am not new to Sparkpeople, I am fairly new to strength training. Not sure this is the team for me, but I am looking for something to help me get fitter. I'm 61, have asthma, HBP. I have lost 30 pounds over the last 10 months; am working on C25K slowly (now month 9 and I am on week 7) because I enjoyed walking 5Ks and wanted to up it a bit; have done a little strength training but not on a right regular basis. While I feel better in general and am in the normal range for BMI, I am looking to decrease my body fat some more. I just don't know where to start. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to participating in your team.
