Sorry - been lurking for a few days and neglected to say it before, so, Hi!

I joined here because SergeantMajor replied to some questions I asked elsewhere and I thought his advice was great. I am learning a lot from him and hope to be able to use it to improve my training (well, technically it's just exercise for me I think) and get fit.

I may ask a lot of questions...
