I didn't have a whole lot of time to look around but how do I track the Kick Ass Workout Phase 1? Do I do it under cardio or strength and do I have to do the individual exercises or is there a whole workout somehow?

I'm Jennifer. I'm previous military as I see some of you are as well. I'm far from military shape anymore. Time to tackle this head on. I'm going to set up the kick ass workout phase one starting tomorrow. I'm going to go now and try to get it set up on my trackers. Might need some help with that.
