I am also new to the team, as of today. I have been speaking with SKYWATCHERRS quite a bit, and she encouraged me to join the team. It definitely looks like I'm in the right place. A bit of history: I am 5"7, about 150 pounds give or take, and 23 years old. I lost about 30 pounds over the past 5 years, gained 10 back, lost it again, and now I've hit a plateau in which *nothing* is happening. I am finally starting to see the light in regards to strength training, as all I was doing before was tired, old strength moves twice a week, and cardio. 6 times a week. I have been given cinflicting information in the past, and have tried to sort things out for myself, but now it's time I start doing this right and seeing results. I'm really excited that there are others here like me and that you guys are so willing to help. :)

Hello! Welcome! Take photos!!!! Nothing beats boredom more than watching our bodies change (for the better) week to week. It's hard to notice and acknowledge progress in anything other than strength gains if we don't have soemthing concrete to look at.

Ask me about raw-feeding your pet!

Hello. I am new to this team today after wanting to find out more about strenght training and different exercises. I have read some of the posts and I think I am in the right place to get advice when needed. Strength traing has been boring for me over the last month. I think it is due to lack of knowledge of form. I'm not really sure. But I hope to figure it all out.
