Welcome to the team. It is good to have you join us. I too knew nothing about Kombucha or fermenting when I joined and you will find a lot of helpful links and wise advise in the various threads. I have found it a great learning experience and although I haven't yet ventured to some of the more exotic ferments, I find it hard to live without my kombucha and kefir, both now a daily part of my diet. It will be great to hear how you get on and whether you find it beneficial.
