Paul, I watched your video making Kumbucha tea..Thank you! It was awesome. I have had trouble, lack of carbonation. I know now what I am doing wrong. I am not filling my bottles full..I went to IKEA and found the bottles you use..They are on my want list..I enjoy the tea regardless of the carbonation..It is just so much better when it is bubbly.

This is a great team!!

I love the results I have seen in my health because of the addition of fermented foods and Kombucha tea. My digestion rocks now. emoticon It is exciting to watch the mushroom grow.. emoticon

Welcome. I'm also vegan and new to fermenting. I've been experimenting with sauerkraut and fermented tofu cheese, which have been great additions to my regular diet. I've never yet made kombucha tea. I watched Paul's video but am still not sure how to get started. Maybe in time.

Hi I am Kimmy. I stumbled onto this team and just had to check it out. I am new to fermenting and love it. I have been making Kombucha tea for quite a while and love it..Fun fun! I have been on sparks for 5yrs. I am vegan.
