I absolutely love turbo jam do it everyday. I usually start out with the Learn & Burn (minus the learn part lol) just to warm up then move onto the 20min workout. By the time this is done my heart rate is up and i can warm down by doing Strength Training on my Bowflex it works super for me & it always makes me feel as though I'm getting somewhere. I suppose only time (& obviously scales haha) will tell. But keep up the good work team. I am only new to this but am loving all the support i am getting from everyone thank you xox
