Hi, I joined this group a long time ago, swchoice was leader. It is a great team, it has alot of support and u can always find someone to chat with. I haven't been around because I thought the team ended. Iam glad to find out otherwise. Has there been a challance set for after thanksgiving yet?. I know we used to include bike riding and power walking and alot of other things besides regular excerises, so would someone let me know what we now are doing please. I put in a half hr of straight excerises and a three and a half mile walk. Iam just starting back with my routine and so its not what it used to be. my meal plan today was good but my good fats are a little low. I have ibs and it does wrack havoc with diet but I haven't given up yet and don't intend to. Will be back soon to check the posts, have a good thanksgiving everyone.
