Its been much too long since I've checked on my cloud. But that's what happens when work and the holidays combine into a frenzy of activity. :)

Lately, I've also been working hard on creating a new writers community. So, I've had a learning curve with the software platform. Hopefully, it will be ready for new members soon.

I'm also doing my writing on my new book. So, busy, busy!!

I hope all the angels here are doing well!

VII.

Witness to the coming day
I move out of dawn
stirring, busying
externally focused.

A cross hangs about my neck
I touch it momentarily
quick prayer to the sky
and then comes this:

There is no cross to bear
no sin covering you
no death coming to steal away your life.

Look about you
What exactly is it that you see?
Hear your thoughts
What exactly is it that you think?
Feel your emotions
What exactly is it you experience?

You want to know
or think you do
and then you discover that truth
buried beneath the cross you created
beneath the sin you believed in
beneath the death you feared was upon you.

So, you have a truth
within the core of your heart.
What will you do with it?

Some run
Some cry
Some cower in fear
Some die
But some accept
and laugh in joy
and love in fullness
and live in peace.

Do you want to bear a cross?
and be blanketed in sin?
or die to what you truly are?

Test your perception
Examine your thoughts
Feel your emotions freely.

Live your truth
in peace and joy and love
Remember and know
you are spirit eternal.

VI.

Regal hawk
surveys his domain
from the fence post throne
white breast gleaming
in the eastern sun
golden gaze of sharp steel
searches fields of stubble where
the small ones hide in brown holes
wings unfurled of a sudden
he takes to the cool air
seeking warmth to soar
hovering above to again
survey his simple kingdom
marked by the far line of trees
and the overgrown fences
curving along the pond's edge
to pass by the lone silo
standing sentinel over the grey barn.

He dives, veers to one side
breast spark of white fire
death alive for one brief moment
as I watch alone, mute witness.

Dawn gives way
to morning's fullness
the fruit ripening
upon the vine of time
an illusive vine
in a moment mad with
the idea of separation
I sit and wonder
why it is so
knowing I know nothing
trapped in thinking
eating of the fruit
I become the fruit
Am I this day?

The quiet Voice answers,
"No, my daughter.
You are Spirit."

I see the fruit
see the vine twining
and twisting
see that mad moment
and come to know
that even the day
though ripe and full
is merely a dream.

here's part one of a poem I wrote back in '98.

DAWN

I.

In a warm bed
you lie asleep
eyes closed, slow breath
unmoving, unaware
lost in dreams
lost to your self.
Perhaps you turn over
pull up the blanket
murmur softly
as if in question
then quiet your self
again chasing the dreams.

The stars outside begin to fade
chasing their own dreams
in neverending circles
bright serpents in the sky.

It is the dawn time
when the world stirs
and gently arises
from its night's repose
sun rising slowly
to light the day.

The birds begin their songs
the winds begin their dance
the world stirs
in the rhythms of time
and, again, you move
restless now
falling into your body
and, without fanfare open your eyes.

Here, once more
is the moment of decision
a crossroads we come to
again and again
and again.

Now you must decide
who you will be
in this dawning day
what you will think
how you will act
what you will see
and how you will see it.

There is no other moment
is no other time
and what you choose
will determine
if you will love or fear
live or die.

Welcome to my little cloud! Who knows what I'll put here, but I'm sure I'll figure it out. *grin* I've believed in angels for some time and have done "work" with a few Enochian angels, very intense and powerful. My main spirit guide is one of these angels, who goes by the name of LZINOPO, Senior of Luna. {Wikipedia explains Enochian magic here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enochian_magic}

a short poem of mine to get into the Spirit.......

The clouds
were lined up
rippling across the night sky
and, tagging behind
was one small baby cloud
a last ripple
across the face of the moon
Sometimes
I am a baby cloud.
