My goal... stay over 10,000 steps using the pedometer while doing exercises (usually jog/walking with weights)and other physical activities...
For September would like to try adding at least one day a week reaching over 15,000 steps... (and to eventually reach 400,000 steps for a month which equals approx. 200 miles)

SEPTEMBER's Calorie Range 1000 - 1500
my goal to stay on the lower end of calories range during week...and 1100/1200 weekends... and hopefully 1300 will be my max... am wondering how this will work so gonna give it a try...
1. 1286..... (pretty darn good for going to the fair) 2. 1070 3. 1037 4. 1069 5. 1197.....(was a bit of challenge went to sons had tacos instead of bbq, and they were yummy... I made it tho)
WEEKS Evaluation... overall I feel I did really good

Everyone...
Trip was great... Also reminded me why we Moved... kinda bitter sweet experience....
All is good with my son who lives in Calif... LOVE his girlfriend and her daughter my new granddaughter (she is 4) He is happy and I am happy for him...
So glad to be home and back to my sparking wooohooo... I have been RE ENERGIZED LOLOL watch out SPARKERs LOLOL

Today I am sitting on my cloud, having a lil bit of Grieving time thinking of my dad.... I read a friends blog its their fathers bday and she is missing her father.... which stirred up in me some more grief....
we werent speaking my father and me... over the years , yet on a spiritual level I kept contact through my prayers and meditations...
We are going to Calif... next week and I plan on spending some time with my brothers and we are having our own personal memorial for him.... He passed last Jan. 22, 2009 and I wasnt able to make it to Calif... My dad didnt want a ceremony or anything just to be cremated and ashes spread over his property, so they just had a get together at a family members home...
so I guess some of my underlined grief is coming up now I had hoped it would wait till next week but I guess it said now is the time....

Many of you may know, My main exercise is jog/walking... I contribute a lot of my success where it pertains to exercise is from Walking and am keeping track of all my steps with a pedometer

*My name is Deby... I am 51 years old... I am on Top of the Hill... Taking this time to look back over my life... and able to see clearly the direction I would like to take now...
Last Aug. 2008 I weighed in at 215 lbs. and said no more....... I started Spark People Feb. 5 2009 weighing in at 192 pounds....
I would love to see the 140's or even the 130's again and also to fit into sizes 5/6 its been over 20 years ....
I Have never Exercised like I have now... so I am not sure of what number will suit me on the Scale.... so when I hit the 150's I will re-Evaluate where I am...
I make sure I do my daily jog/walking, of 105 min... in the beginning was mostly walking now able to mostly jog... I wear my pedometer and do at least 10,000 steps per day... (in beginning could barely make 5,000)
I have a ONEderful Hubby and 3 grown sons. My middle son has blessed me with grandkids. ~~~I LOVE MY FAMILY~~~
