Hello all. I haven't been on SP for awhile and although I'm not new to running per se (I was a sprinter in my younger years and balked at distance) and was running 3 miles a day before I had kids, I'm trying to get started again. When I started running 3 miles a few years ago, I was amazed I was able to do it because I never in my life thought I'd be a distance runner. I loved sprinting! Now, I have hopes to do a 5k and maybe even one day a marathon. Looking forward to the support and motivation to get my going again and get me to my goal.
