I am new to spark. I did my first half marathon last year. I did a few 5k's and decided I wanted to join a friend and do a half. Will be doing the ING Georgia and the Iron Girl 15k in Florida in a few months. I am getting in my long runs and crosstraining. Gotta get past work and weather and get in my weekly times. I am not a treadmill fan at all so I have avoided it like the plague. Really motivated to stay in training mode all year and do a couple more halfs later in the year.
