wondering if there is a general place to figure out how to input data on the weight loss.....thanks - cannot wait!
I just joined this team recently too. I wanted to comment on your weight loss, because we have something in common. I started at 140 lbs in April, and am down to 110, now maintaining. I run 5 days a week, give or take. Has anyone given you grief about losing too much?

Ok, well sort of. I'm not new to Spark, but I'm new to the team. I've been with Spark since about June. Daily running is now part of my life so this seemed like a good team to join. I've lost about 25 lbs and have about 3 left to go to reach my goal weight... the last few pounds seem to be the toughest though.
