Hi Im also just joining and new at running as well. Started a couple months ago but havent really gone anywhere with it... I exercise regularly, religously, however, I have wanted to find a running partner and someone who knows what their doing and has the same motivations I do. Found someone I think. So I am going to run this evening on the treadmill at my friends gym. The most min at a time Ive run is 6 so tonight Im going for 8 min run and two min walk, for however long I can, maybe 45 min? See how far I can go... see what Im made of:)
