Hi, my name is Meredith and I am from Florida. I started training a month ago with my boyfriend, who is a runner. At the time I could not run a mile. Last weekend I ran 3.2 on the treadmill, so I was pretty excited. I'd like to run a 5K soon, and build up speed. I've been swimming, running and biking, and eventually I'd like to do a triathlon: a short one...
