Hi there! I am new here, and i am running about 4,5 miles 4 times a week, today i have some fisical problem on my feet, i dont know if i am using the correct tenis! or if i am over running according to my short expierence on running Happy to join you gays!Hugs
I'm trying out Spark People as a weight tracking site. Currently I'm paying for another site, and not really happy with it. I found out about Spark People from Babyfit.com which I've been a member for about 3 years.
I've just recently finished the learn to run and run the 5k Resolution Run on New Years Day. Before I had my baby I had run a couple halfs and relay races... but things change after a kid...
I'm now setting my sights on a 10k for March and a Half Marathon for June 21st.
