I started running last year after watching the Bolder Boulder 10K on television. I saw it and said (while sitting on the couch probably eating something), "I want to run that race next year!"
I'm proud to report that I DID IT IN 2008!! It was my first (and only) 10K. I've continued running, but have just come out of my off-season (aka, the holidays) and am getting back into gear.
While I once ran 4-6 miles, 3-5 times a week, I currently max out at 3 miles. Darn that off-season!! So, I'm here to gain and offer motivation, to make new friends, and share my stories while learning from all of yours.
