Hello, I figured this was appropriate. I recently became a team leader on this team so I wanted to introduce myself. I joined back around August 2009 and I actually reached my goal the following year using everything I learned here. I actually used do at least 10 minutes of exercise every day Sparkguy idea.
Well I though I was done and for about a year I kept the weight off then November of last year I was unable to handle stress and now I'm back due to comforting stress with eating. You are never done with battle I now know.
So I am now here again, but this time I know I can do it since I did it last time.
