Hi I'm 40, having put on over 35lbs from anti depressants following the death of my dad. Now I am motivated and ready to get my old self back. Previously I was so healthy, bikram yoga 6 days per week, lots of healthy eating no sugar, lots of veggies and now I seem to live on rubbish. I am determined to get back to bikram and start running again. Any tips for some one now with an up hill battle
