Hi DCOELHO2000, I'm new to the team too and look forward to getting to know everyone better. Great job on quitting smoking and for sticking with it for a year and a half...that is truly something to be proud of!

I am glad you introduced yourself. We are glad to have you join us. I was never one to post either, then I got to know people and am now leading teams. Keep an open mind and at least say hi so we know you are with us.

Hello, I am new to the site and I am not one to message but I read alot. I will work on becoming more involved in the teams. I quit smoking 1 1/2 years ago and with this I gained 30 pounds. I was already over weight and this just added to it. I was informed that eventhough I am in the obese category now I am still healthier than I was when I was smoking. I also took up teakwondo this year thinking it would help with the weight loss. I have not lost a pound or inch but i feel better and spend more time with my daughter. Hope fully with this site I will start lossing weight.
losing 50 pounds by summer is my short term goal. Working on my new life style is challing but great.
