I make exercise a must, like brushing my teeth and taking a shower. i dont particularly like them, but i do them because i have to. try leslie sansone in home walking. the videos go from 1 mile up to 5...try getting a 3 volume set off ebay..i got one, with her stretch band, for 5 bucks including shipping. it has a one mile walk, a 2, and a 3. its addicting, and each mile only takes 15 mins!!!
