Hello, I joined the site sometime ago but with kids and everything else life piles on, I have not been consisted. Since there are simple not enough hours in a day, I find it hard to joggle. I have tried "quick fix" diets such as "the three day diet" "the grapefruit diet" "the special K diet" but nothing has worked (partly because I always seem to cheat). I am 28, about 5'6" and weigh 172.8 lbs (as of this morning). Based on my doctor and gym staff, I am overweight. I should be between 140-150lbs. therefore I need to lose about 25+lbs. I'm currently trying to do the Atkin Diet but it may be too restrictive for me. Just want to get back in connection with some weight lose support. It's hard with kids and a fiancee who don't seem to think I need to loose weight and that I'm too "diet crazed" I need support...HELP!!!
