Hi there I joined a couple of days ago- hopefully I'll be able to stick to it/ make some permanent lifestyle changes. The challeges here look manageable and a bit of fun. I'm 50+ finding the weight stacking on. If left to my own devices I do ok for two or so weeks then back to unhealthy habits. Am averaging 3x exercise during a week -usually a walk-but need to up that to feel better and be healthier.
Hi , Im new too this forum, Looking forward to getting to know all of you. Im a 45 year old mom. im so ready to get back to fitness. Over the winter I put on 25 pounds, due to not exercising, and binge eating. Need all the support I can get, and hope to help others as well Thanks Laura
