I too am a mother of three, and when my boys were 6 months old, I was still breastfeeding them and making sure my daughter was happy being a big sister. Trust, that in time you will be able to do all the things you want to do to be a healthier you! It just takes time.....like the old saying goes....It took time to put on the weight, its going to take time to get it off!

First off - congratulations on making it half-way through year 1!!! The first year with twins is the hardest - especially with an older sibling!
Personally, I think survival-mode is about all we can expect from ourselves during the first year of having twins. I wasn't able to mentally or physically take on health/fitness for myself until my twins were in preschool and I finally had a few minutes to breathe! I also have boy/girl twins with a daughter that is 3 years older than the twins, so I can totally relate!
Try to enjoy this time with your kids as much as possible (and take lots of pics/videos because you will forget most of this time) then "dive" into fitness and healthier eating once the twins are a little older and your oldest son is in school - you'll have a little more time to yourself at that point.

I have 3 kids. 3 year old son and 6 month old twins (boy, girl) and I am having a terrible time trying to eat healthy and lose all this weight! Half of the time I forget all about eating breakfast and lunch from being so busy! Does anyone have any advice on how to find the time to eat healthy, workout AND keep the kiddos happy? I look forward to getting to know y'all and losing all this weight!
