Sparks is a great place to track your process. There is the food tracker and the exercise. All the information in the articles, the recipes and of course the interaction with all your fellow sparkers. I have found that this keeps me accountable for what I am doing. It also is my support system. Just jump in with both feet and spark the weight off

Good morning,

My name is Sheila and live on the East Coast. A few years ago I took a challenge with a friend to lose some weight. I was quite successful with the weight loss; however I have started to put it back on. This past November I joined a gym but with the holidays I did not do as well as I should have. I am back in the gym. My goal is to lose 15 lbs but I will be satisfied with 10. Believe me losing that ten pounds has been a challenge. Tracking my food daily makes me more conscious of how much I eat because I don't want to see a large caloric entry. Wishing each of you success in your endeavor to live a healthier lifestyle.
