I am a 51 year-old woman who is reasonably fit. I lost 45 pounds two years ago, but have since lost my "mojo" with life intervening. I've put on 10 more and more importantly, have no motivation or passion for staying healthy and fit. I joined Spark People 2 years ago, but never fully used it. I've made the commitment and now am a daily tracker. I am looking for friends and supporters who are motivating and supportive.
