Hello new friends! Glad to be getting involved with a community that will motivate and inspire me to reach my goals. Any great recipes for healthy alternatives to favorite fat filled dishes would be greatly appreciated. I love to eat and cook and I am struggleing with new foods and recipes. Going to try quinoa this week, getting off milk and soda and sugar. Any motivational pictures stories or ways to include my kids in a great workout where I can actually maintain a fat burning heart rate.
