Never say you didn't have enough time: You have the same amount of time that was given to Helen Keller, Albert Einstein, William Shakespeare, Julius Caesar, Winston Churchill.

Hi, Katie and welcome. There's a 10 minute exercise challenge out there that might motivate you. It's a great group. Make your goals reachable. One day at a time; one pound at a time. INDYGIRL has a great success story and a good blog to follow. Start your adventure into weight loss and healthy living.....and remember, it's a marathon not a sprint.

Hello! My name is Katie! Just signed up tonight. Looking to forward to meeting some great people and hearing inspiring stories. The ups, the downs, and in between. Motivation will help us all!

A little about myself: I'm 23 and studying to become a dental assistant (ultimate goal of dental hygienist). My current weight is 325 (ish), my goal being around 175. The number doesn't concern me as much as the way I feel. My goal is to to FEEL healthy, whatever the number on the scale may be. I am ready for a lifestyle change. I want to improve my heath (mentally and physically), energy, sleep, self esteem, confidence... I could really keep going, but I'll stop. I am looking to make a better me and this is one of the first steps to get me on my way!

I want to hear from you! Add me as a friend... We could all use support on our road of self improvement. Good luck guys :)
