A little about myself: I'm 23 and studying to become a dental assistant (ultimate goal of dental hygienist). My current weight is 325 (ish), my goal being around 175. The number doesn't concern me as much as the way I feel. My goal is to to FEEL healthy, whatever the number on the scale may be. I am ready for a lifestyle change. I want to improve my heath (mentally and physically), energy, sleep, self esteem, confidence... I could really keep going, but I'll stop. I am looking to make a better me and this is one of the first steps to get me on my way!
