One step at a time. One week at a time. Start small. The 10 minutes a day challenge is a great way to start. And with an 8 month old I betcha you're up and moving a lot. Give your body a chance to kick in. We're here to help and cheer you on.

Hi! My name is Marquita and I just had a baby 8 months ago and cannot lose this weight. When I first got pregnant I was 163 and when I had my son I was 219. Right after I went down to 185. I am currently 205 and cant seem to lose the weight. Ive just been diagnosed with anxiety which caused me to gain 20lbs. I exercise every morning on the eliptical for 30 min before work for 8 weeks straight and I haven't lost a pound. I just want to get it off for good. Im glad to be apart of such a great team and family. If you have any suggestions feel free to post. I look forward to starting my new, healthy way of life.
