Welcome to our team. Did you have a physician or nutritionist supervising you on your 500 calorie diet? That would be the ideal person to consult. Also the nutrition tracker and the exercise tracker can provide some help I expect. I do think it is important to go back to the people you were working with. This cannot be that unusual for someone who has gone through all you have done. However none of us that I know of on this team are qualified to work with you on this. We are very qualified to provide support and encouragement on your journey.
You have been starving yourself! Five hundred calories a day is not enough to sustain an adult body.
I would suggest talking to your doctor. Make sure you haven't had any bad effects from such extreme dieting. S/he can suggest ways to refeed yourself that are HEALTHY and allow you to keep losing weight in a sustainable way.
