I'm thinking that theres lots of grains on that list. plus there's a whole ton of things with wheat emulsifiers that we don't really know about. I just found out the seasoning salts I use made me bloated, so therefore a hidden wheat emulsifier. some oats have a powdery substance that is wheat. so unprocessed oats like steel cut ones are better. the lactose intolerance comes from paralyzing the cilia lining in your stomach. I have a latex allergy. bananas, watermelons, avocados, nuts, socks sometimes have latex, gloves, catheters, etc. causes migraines and tight, red, itchy, dry skin.
I can't get to the specialist until august 1st at 10 a.m. My regular DR ran an allergy test and wheat, eggs and bananas show me intolerant. Wheat being the highest. I assume that means no gluten and so did my DR. It's been 2 weeks since I've had anything with gluten that I'm aware of. Are there other names for gluten in the ingredient list? I broke out in Coins Eczema and that is what brought on the allergy test. I'm also allergic to environmental things. Any help you can offer me is greatly appreciated. Della
