Hi there, So excited to find that there are sparks people nearby! I'm in Narberth and since there aren't sparks here (YET!) I'm going to tag along with you guys. I'd like to organize a support group for those of us who need human interaction and accountability to keep us motivated and on-track. I have some experience with weight-loss support groups and have seen how helpful they can be. We'd meet once per week, check in with each other, discuss a short motivational, nutritional, or wellness-education topic and set our weight-loss/maintenance goals for the week ahead. We'll focus on positives, give ourselves credit for changes we are making and problem-solve for persistent challenges. Weigh-ins can be optional. Anyone interested?
