Found this team while searching for a group that was perhaps closer to home and shares a love for Phila. I am one of those "you know who you are" people that live just outside the city limits...on your way to the Mall...
I have been off and on with SP for over 2 years and am trying, again. I hope to stick to my new program of setting realistic, short-term goals. Some a re by the day, some by the week. This week it has been 3-tasks/goals per day; write them down, refer to them throughout the day - get them done! I also have a weekly goal that is to do more toning exercise and to really stick to my eating plan - ya see, I am going to a clothing sale at a friends house and love this line of clothes and hope that I can fit into somehting fun to buy for the spring.
