I'm excited to do my fit test this afternoon. Can't wait to see what kind of results I get. I have a lot of weight to use. I did calculate my calories using the meal plan and changed my goal up by 400 calories on SP. I hope I don't regret that, but I haven't been losing much and I've been sticking to the sparkpeople goal and burning over 300 calories a day, so I'm going to try adding calories. The only thing I can guess is that my body is in that starvation mode we all hear about.
