I'm excited to do my fit test this afternoon. Can't wait to see what kind of results I get. I have a lot of weight to use. I did calculate my calories using the meal plan and changed my goal up by 400 calories on SP. I hope I don't regret that, but I haven't been losing much and I've been sticking to the sparkpeople goal and burning over 300 calories a day, so I'm going to try adding calories. The only thing I can guess is that my body is in that starvation mode we all hear about.

WhoooHoooo!!! Look at us go!! I'm so glad there is a group! Now I'll be that much more motivated to check in WITH results! I'll start a group with our Starting date (April 2nd) in the General Discussion Forum so we can follow our progress :) I'm doing the Fit Test today after work (I'm one day ahead of you guys in Japan). BLKBLTWMN! Glad to have the company!! The one thing I learn from the first go round is that you don't have to kill yourself doing the videos...just keep going! Hopefully we'll keep each other motivated...it's nice to be able to say...."ooooh boy, here comes Pure Cardio" and have somebody understand exactly what you mean ;)

Hey there! I don't have the ability to join you (I currently teach 8 cardio classes a week, work a 40/hr week day job and am training for a Warrior Dash) but I'm here to cheer you on! Stick with it and you'll get great results! Keep us posted on your progress!

Hello!! I'm excited to have a go at Insanity and finish it this time around!...the first time I got through Month 1 and then Christmas came :) So, this time....2 months, although I don't know if I'll be doing Sats. I'm planning to see if I can pair it with Callanetics 2-3x/wk and bike to work 2-3 days/wk. SUPER excited to get a bike this weekend!! It's a cute one that I picture Betty Boop riding in the 1950s!
