Right - I'm starting today on this Mindfulness journey!
I do lots of mindless eating at present (sic)
- if I plan my meals, I eat them whether I am hungry or not
- I eat standing up, at the computer, on the run, reading emails, texting, reading
- if I haven't planned, I wait until I'm hungry then throw something together and eat fast
- I use eating for breaks, comfort, pleasure, etc etc.
So - there's a lot to be gained on this challenge
