Well I've been on and off my sparking for awhile and need to get back on. I'm good for a few days and then I slide down. I'm here to be more mindful of my actions and eating habits:
1. How did you hear about Mindful Eating? I was browsing teams under the emotion eating category and came across this team.
2. What was it that attracted you to Mindful Eating? It's something I would like to learn and I really need to know how to decipher if i'm hungry because I'm bored or if I actually need food. Foods been my partner most of my life and I need to step back and learn how to rely on other things in my life.
3. Does applying mindfulness to other areas of your life interest you? Yes!
