My goal is to be under a 31% BMI by January. I'm 18, 5'2" and i weigh 164. I have muscle but I still want to bounce and not jiggle. I want to feel confident about myself and I need to lose at least 14 pounds before I go to National Guard basic in May. It's hard to balance school, work, friends, and training all at once but i'm trying. I've started the Special K challenge and I've ran 1+ miles everyday for the past four days. I hope I can keep it up!
